[Recipe] Kiwi & kale smoothie - nutritional information

Ingredients:

  • 375ml Skim milk
  • 500ml Kale leaves and stems
  • 1 Kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tsp Honey

Method:

  1. In a blender add the milk, kale, kiwi, peanut butter and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Serve and enjoy!
