Occupational safety and health has many forms and factors, and differs from industry to industry. It’s as wide as focusing on leadership to focusing on air quality. We want to touch a little bit on worker wellbeing.

Many bigger corporate office buildings incorporate gyms or wellness centers inside for their employees to use. Now these in itself need to be closely monitored to limit employee injuries sustained while exercising. Another tool to enhance employee wellness at work is by incorporating a sauna in the recreational area. Such a sauna can be a walk in heat room or an ozone sauna. The ozone steam sauna has the added benefit of activated oxygen/ozone therapy to heal degenerative diseases, eliminate bacteria thus reducing employee sick days.

These added benefits for employees might create additional work for the OSHA, but when done right can yield tremendous results for the company.

These are good and well, but will be worthless if the OSHA isn’t effective.

This infographic shows a comparison between the nightmare of the OSHA from a regulatory perspective and the lives they save.
